Membership in DLPSA
All property owners on the peninsula are automatically members of the DLPSA as required by our articles of incorporation, dated 1975.
However, active members are those who have paid their annual dues for the current fiscal year.
- The dues amounts are: • $85 per year for a residence • $40 per year for a vacant parcel.
- Why should I pay dues? Active members vote at general membership meetings and elect Board Members. The dues of active members pay for maintenance of our parks and accesses, keeping our peninsula the beautiful place we chose to live, and an attractive choice for prospective homebuyers interested in high property values. We invite you to enjoy all Association privileges by becoming an active, dues paying member of your DPLSA.
